A Typical Day As you inspire people to make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money, you'll build client relationships that will grow stronger every year. What You'll Bring to the Role Begin the tax return by entering client and W-2 information into the tax programAssist with the closing of the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining required signatures, reviewing the finished product with the client, and completing bookkeeping proceduresEnsure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service Your Expertise High school diploma or equivalentReading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interviewAbility to communicate effectively in person and on the phonePrevious experience with Windows-based computer programsAdditional state and local requirements may apply It would be even better if you also had...Additional course work in math, accounting, or finance Why Work for Us At H&R Block, we believe and invest in our people by committing to their total well-being.
