You will serve as a Management Analyst in the FST Support Office Division of FLTREADCEN EAST. You will assist supervisors in non-recruitment actions and initiate appropriate recruitment action for their requirements to ensure best resources are utilized. You will develop and establish FST Support Office procedures as they relate to (non)recruitments, entry level hiring, capstone projects, and interns to ensure effective and efficient operation and support of the FST/MRO-E organization. You will independently work directly with supervisors to provide information and support on issues related to developmental employees, interns, and candidates. You will provide programmatic/administrative support for the JETT Engineering Scientist Development Program or WMO, including facilitation of surveys/providing a consolidated report of feedback received plan of action for process improvements.
