Pepsi Bottling Venturesis seeking aHuman Resources Intern on our People & Culture (P&C) team in Raleigh NC.

Human Resources Intern Role Overview

The People & Culture (P&C) Intern will gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of Human Resources providing a comprehensive understanding of how People & Culture supports both employees and the business. Through a structured rotation the intern will work alongside teams in P&C Business Partners Talent Development Organizational Effectiveness Compensation Benefits and Employee Relations gaining exposure to a wide range of HR practices and initiatives.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple People & Culture functions including Employee Relations P&C Business Partnering Talent Development Organizational Effectiveness Benefits and Compensation.

• Assist with projects and initiatives that support business objectives and enhance the employee experience.

• Conduct research and analyze People & Culture data to identify trends and provide recommendations.

• Assist with the development of employee communications presentations training materials and HR resources.

• Observe and participate in employee relations matters while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

• Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and enhance organizational effectiveness.

• Attend meetings workshops and cross-functional projects to gain exposure to strategic People & Culture initiatives.

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies programs benefits and other People & Culture-related matters.

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology Organizational Development Communication or a related field.

• Rising sophomore junior or senior with an interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources or People & Culture.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel PowerPoint Word and Teams.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Past leadership experience preferred

• Must have reliable transportation to support daily local travel to customer locations and company events.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting hourly pay for this position is set based on location confirmed job-related skills experience and education. Your recruiter will share more about the specific pay range for this position during the interview process.
