This role is ideal for a recruiter who understands the language of science/medical communications and can confidently partner with stakeholders to identify exceptional talent across life sciences, biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical communications disciplines. You will lead end-to-end talent acquisition for high-priority, niche client services, scientific, and creative roles, supporting a fast-paced and growing global organization. What You Will Do - Own the Pipeline: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial outreach to offer stage. - Niche Sourcing: Utilise advanced sourcing techniques, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms to identify passive, high-calibre talent.
- Technical Screening: Review resumes and conduct deep-dive technical screenings to evaluate skills in Medical Communications, Advertising, and Market Access. - Stakeholder Management: Partner directly with the senior leaders and hiring managers to understand complex hiring requirements and provide regular market insights. What We Are Looking For - Proven Experience: At least 3 years of dedicated experience recruiting within the medcomms, life sciences, or biotech sectors (agency or in-house). - Technical Fluency: A strong understanding of the medical communications, advertising, and market access environments - Agency Agility: Proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced agency environment, juggling multiple active roles without compromising on candidate quality. - Tools of the Trade: Expert proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, major job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred).
