Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Bookkeeper with QUICKBOOKS ONLINE Experience to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Accounting department to Generate Invoices, Match Payments with received Checks, Maintain accurate financial records and ensure the company’s compliance with all legal requirements. Your responsibilities will include recording and verifying transactions, bringing the books to the trial balance stage, and completing tax forms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has a strong understanding of best practices in accounting.
Responsibilities
Enter financial data and transactions
Verify the accuracy of transactions that have been entered
Prepare trial balance
Analyze budgets and other financial information
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Complete required tax forms
Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
Previous experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or similar position
Proficient with Quickbooks Online
Good with spreadsheets, experienced in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
